Obi110 shows offline. Can make and receive calls, cannot call Obi number.

I have 3 Obi's in my dashboard; two in my house and one at my mom's. My mom's rarely shows online in the dashboard but she can still make and receive calls through the Google Voice account I have connected to it.

Now she actually needs to be able to dial the Obi number directly and it will not go through. I have tried dialing her Obi number from one of mine as well as the soft phone from the Obi app on my iphone. Any idea what is going on?

Putting the Obi in the DMZ of her router seems to have fix it for now.
